backing up and file and transfer wizard

I'm looking to regularly backup important files from
outlook 2003 (email, contacts, calendar...). The book i
bought on outlook suggests i use the inherent xp "Backup"
(under system tools) programe to select the files i want
to backup. I could not find this programe on any of the
computers running xp that we own (5 pc's).
I resorted to using file and transfer wizard to backup
although i am not sure if this will transfer all emails,
contacts and calendar from outlook. ONline microsoft help
file was last updated in 2001 so it is of no use.
Could anyone tell me if all or any outlook details are
backed up using file and transfer wizard or if there is a
better way of backing up outlook?

Many thanks
kyle

FAST is perhaps a better method for 'backing up' your personal information.

If you reply to me with your email address I'll send a step by step guide
with screen shots for you to follow. It also explains why it is a better
tool for many users.

You can advise me your email at: brianrignallAToptusnetDOTcomDOTau
replace AT and DOT with keyboard characters.
