I was haveing problems for a while, I loaded up netscape
and figured out what was going on, the backgrounds are
not loading in in IE, How can I get the back grounds to
load?
 
Try this fix.

Background Colors or Images Are Not Visible on Web Pages in Internet
Explorer
When you attempt to view a Web page that has a background color or
background image, the background is not displayed and a white background is
displayed instead.
