Backgrounds for email, where are they?

Im resonsible for a small office. We use office 97 with exchange
2003.

Someone has me how to send off a note with those nice backgrounds. As
much as Im loth to get started in this, all I can do is do what they
want me to.

I cannot see these anywere in my outlook 97. Where are they??

Actually after some looking around, it actually does. Or at least what
Im talking about.

You just have to set your tools/options/mail format to html and vwala
you have various stationeries. I even downloaded 2000-2002
stationeries and it seems to work.

If you have an option to use HTML message format you do not have Outlook 97.
It doesn't support HTML, only RTF and plain text.
