This may be a crazy question, but here it goes...

I am running Office 2003. When I open a database I have the database window
open and then there is the dark gray/charcoal colored background in the
access program. Is there a way to change this background to a
picture/company logo? If not, can it be done with a form set to open via the
startup tool? If it must be done with a form, can the form be formated such
that it will always open to the size of the access window (whether maximized
or sized differently on the screen), always be behind anything that is opened
in the database, and cannot be closed by a user?

Thank you for your help.

There is nothing built-in to do that. I think it would require several
Windows API functions. Most of Steven Lebans' work is with GDI
functions; that may be a good place to start.
