Background image in Windows Explorer

When I first install WinXp Home, Windows Explorer looked very good with a
background image. How can I get the background back? Of if I want to have
a picture?

The Background Image is based on the contents of the folder. If you right
Click on a folder, choose Customize, you can specify what type of folder it
is. Based on that, you will get a background image associated with this
setting.
