Background image at logon

[HelpPls]

Hi -

We have a Dell PowerEdge with Windows 2003 Server. When you log on [locally
or remotely] there's a Dell Splash Screen image behind the Windows Security
window. PLEASE.....can someone tell me how to remove that background
[splash] image?
