Background colors show up white

Background colors in Outlook XP and Internet Explorer show up white, when in fact the background is a diferent colour

In Outlook, changing the theme to "winter" or summer" has no effect on the background color. It remains white

Any ideas

I had this problem too...to fix it...just press the Alt + Left Shift Key + Print Screen button. I don't know what that is the shortcut too...but it actually worked...Spread the word bc so many other people had this problem too!
