Background Colors Not Showing

ok well i dont know really how to explain this , i have
two accounts set up on this pc both with admin
properties, this problem is only affecting one account.
on any webpage with a background color, the background
color is not showing, on msn.com the entire background is
white i can see the writing but no blue background. i
cant see the background on msn or yahoo profiles, and in
yahoo chat the colors and fonts of other users do not
show, it only shows up as tahoma 8 black

ive tried changing the themes in windows but it happens
no matter what theme it is on.

ne help would be appreciated

Open Internet Explorer and select Tools/Internet Options/General Tab. Click
the Colors Button at the bottom of the dialog box and check the option to
Use Windows Colors. Next, click the Accessibility Button and make sure that
none of the "Ignore" options are selected.

Try turning off the high contrast seting under Control Panel
Accessibility
options> Display

i had the same problem i think i must have hit the keys for th
shortcut at
sometime Alt+left Shift+PrtScr i think it was.
