Background color in application

This is an easy question but I haven't figured it out. In
our office, someone changed the background of new
documents in Word to Blue and text to White...how do I
change this back? This is a Window issue and not a Word
issue, right?

Nope, it's a Word issue. Tools, Options, General. Also it is the first
thing found if you type "Blue Background" in MS Word "Help".
