background changing

I can't change my background, if I go to properties and
desktop and choose a custom background it quits the
propertieswindow :s
at first I get an error something like errop dll to
application :s
please help me! :)

okay the problem is run a dll as app

it's rundll32.exe modver mshtml.dll that gives an error
