Backgropund pciture for folders

Hi there this is my first post

i am usign windows xp professional with sp2

i would like to to know how to set up background picture for a folder. i
know i have done it in windows 200, by righ tclick on teh folder adn setting
folder properties, but the menu doesnt show up when i right click...just the
common ones...i mean liek sort and properties...

be garteful if ne one cud help..
