Virus alert window is constant in norton for
backdoor.trojan.Norton finds no viruses after several
scans in regular and safe modes.Do I have a virus or not?
Alert window says:access is denied, unable to repair.

You'll need to turn-off System Restore, reboot, then turn it back on.
The virus has likely infected your System Restore folder (system volume information).

Already did that several times.Ran a scan after turning
it off in safe mode and still get the virus alert, with no
viruses found in scan.I have done alot of things
recommended by Symantec and nothing helps.Any more
suggestions would help and keep me from going crazy. Thanks
