In order to install a critical update it says I have to
back up my system. When I go to systems tools, there is
no "back-up" option listed there. My hard drive was
recently accidentally erased per erroneous instructions
received from Dell technician. Please help. Thank you.

Hi. YOu have to install the back up funtone from your windows cd. I can't
remember where the folder location is though. Good luck.
