Hi,
Can omeone instruct me on how to Back-Up my Emails & Bookmarks.
I have to do a "Recovery" in a day or two.
I have 3 Browsers: IE, Netscape and Firefox. and my email Client is :
Outlook Express and Outlook. I also have an online account at att.net( I
don't think that's effected, right ?) I have 2 Hard Drives C and E. I want to
Save my Mail and Bookmarks in Folders on my E Drive. Thanks.

Recovery meaning, you're going to wipe/reinstall your original OS and
programs, right?

No, but your Outlook Express data will be, presuming that's what you use for
your AT&T mail.

By default:
* IE stores favorites in c:\documents and settings\yourname\favorites
* Firefox stores bookmarks in c:\documents and settings\yourname\application
data\mozilla\firefox\profiles\<your profile name>
* OE stores its data in c:\documents and settings\yourname\local
settings\application data\identities\<long string>\microsoft\outlook express

I don't remember where Netscape stores its bookmarks, but I think it's a
single HTML file.

(you'll need to view hidden folders to see everything, note....)

Don't forget your My Documents, too.

That said, you might consider using the Windows File & Settings Transfer
Wizard to get everything, rather than doing individual folders. Look in
Programs\Accessories\System Tools.....
