Does XP come with a software to back up my data? if so,
which one is it and how do I do?

It is called ntbackup.exe. Location Start\All
Programs\Accessories\System tools\Backup Run application,
than follow the instruction.

My XP Home doesn't have this program. And it's not an uninstalled component.
So is it an XP Pro only program? And if so, why?

xp does come with backup software from veritas company
start > progarms > accessories > system tools > backup
or.
start > run > type ntbackup.exe selelct wizard mode.
