Back-up transfer into Front Page 2002

i had a crash with my computer and gladly had a backup on
my desktop. how do i send this to front page and get it
back into the program???????

Is this one page or a whole site? Are you trying to replace files on your
"live" web server or your local files? If your site is out on your ISP's
server all you need to do is open it in FrontPage and choose File, Publish
Web and publish it back to your Hard Drive. You can publish it to a disk
location, such as C:\MyWeb or a server location such as http://localhost/

If it's just one file you can open FP and choose File, Import and import it
into your web.
