back up of outlook

hello,

I want to back up my info I have in outlook ( contacts
ect.). It won't let me.

I was told I could get to the files through windows
explorer, but can't locate them after several tries. I
have a cd-rw ready to go whenever I can find them , or
find out how to make copies of them otherwise.

Search for a file that has a file extension called .PST
If you are using outlook office, not express.

It's a hidden file. Make sure you're showing/searching in hidden/system
folders.

Microsoft also has an automatic backup utility you may
want to try. Download "pfbackup.exe" from there website.
