Back Color on Form

I've seen some Access forms that appear to have tabs,
such as, Name, Notes, etc and the tab has a back color.
When I use the Tab Control to create the tabs I cannot
set a back color.

I purchased the Access 2003 Bible and have opened Access
2003 Bible forms where I can set the back color on what
appear to be separate tabs for data. How do can I do
that?

I've spent hours try to to it, I've learned many things,
such as setting the font style, fore color, weight, etc.
using the Form view and right clicking and properties.

But the back color what's the trick?
