Rick, it would appear that someone has set up your Internet Options in IE to
make it harder for others to know what sites had been visited. I cannot
conceive why ANYONE would want to do this. ;-)
It is easy to change the setting:.
Tools
Internet Options
General tab
under Temporary Internet files:
Delete Files...
uncheck: Delete all offline content
OK
OK
