Back again I keep getting a error message

I was on here early and someone told me what to do about this error message:This program has performed an illegal operation and will shut down.
I was told to open the IE options applet in control panel uncheck "Enable third-party browser exentions" on the advanced tab.
But I can't get into my control panel or anything else please help

Both are smaller than 200KB, so both will fit on a floppy disk. Use BHO
Demon to disable any BHO you don't recognize, then run CWShredder.
Follow up with Ad-aware and/or Spybot
