Files like that are constantly popping up as a file included in an error with
windows explorer and internet explorer. Can anyone help me out? Has this
happened to anyone?
 
Have you run any Anti Virus\Malware, Spyware utilities lately. Run them to check for any virus,malware or spyware problems
