B;oop sounds from I.E. 6.0

When On the Internet, a lot of "bloop" sounds are coming
from my speakers but nothing is displayed on my monitor.
What are the "bloops" telling me?
 
If you have a pop-up stopper running, check its settings. You should have an option to disable any vocal notice.
