This is generally a corporate mail feature, and not included in WM or WLM.
It does require that at least part of the system be on all the time you are
away. Often this would be set up on your Exchange mail server account so
that you could turn your PC off, and often this is limited to others on the
same Exchange server.
Now, there's another consideration, which is that setting an away message
will cause an auto-response to every sender, so you will be confirming your
email address to all the mail spammers and scammers and viagra sellers who
send you mail. This will be a great help to them!
So, you might want to instead create a small group mail of those whose mail
you care to recieve and send them a notification in advance.
