I get automatic email responses from some of my contacts when they are on
vacation or on the road. It tells the sender that you are away from the
office and will be returning on a certain date. I have searched all of over
my Windows Mail tool box for the process that let's you set up an Auto Reply
and I have searched the Help Window with no luck. How does one set up an Auto
Reply?

It's not really a good idea because it will confirm your address as being in
use to any spammer. Also, your computer will have to be on, connected to
the Internet and with WinMail running. You can do it from Tools | Message
Rules.

Your mail provider may provide such a service.

Most email providers have a way to do that on their server. Log on via
their email webpage to turn it on/off.
That way, you don't have to leave your computer running while you are away.
