You know what I like about this?

This program connects to their site in a heartbeat, downloads its
updates in seconds, and you click Finish and it's done.

Wish all programs updated this easily.

AVG can sit there trying to connect to Grisoft for five minutes.

Yeah, I'm having quite a time trying to update, myself . . . After ten or
twenty tries, I'll usually get it.

This was also my experience with AVG.
Now with Avast! the updates are fast and automatic.
And it is a very reliable AV.

I have no problem with AVG whatsoever. I update manually (thru their
control screen) and it very quickly downloads and installs. And I am on
a very slow dial up.
