avoiding password prompt for runas command

Is there a way of automatically having a batch file that
is running the runas command to input the user password
either by hardcoding it in the batch file itself or thru
other means?

There is a utility called sanur.exe which can downloaded and it pipes the
password to runas.
Password can be stored in a file.
for eg. runas /user:domain\user program.exe | sanur /i c:\pass.txt
I dont think its a safe idea to store passwords as plain text.Anyway give it
a shot and hope this helps.
