Avoid "Overwrite" Message

I've seen a number of other posting on this but not a full solution. I'm trying to avoid getting the message telling me another user may have made changes, do I want to save a copy or overwrite, blah, blah, blah. I still can't figure out how to turn this off completely. Please help.

don't share your workbook. These messages should only appear if your
workbook is shared
