AVI Question

Hello all,

I have a security cam AVI video of my car being
hit in a parking lot. Is there any software out
there that can enhance or sharpen this video.

Your best bet would to be to capture a frame that you think is most
revealing, and enhance that frame in a photo editor. You can do far more
enhancing, much faster than you could ever do trying to enhance the
video itself. Good luck BTW from all of us who have been hit before.
