Hi TAC--

Here's what ya need to do:

1. Use Movie Maker to create your timeline
2. Choose "File" / "Save Movie File"
3. Choose "My Computer" and NEXT
4. Provide a filename and location, and NEXT
5. On the "Movie Settings" page, choose the blue hyperlink that says "Show
more choices...". Select the "Other settings" radio button, and scroll
through the list to choose "DV-AVI (NTSC)" . Choose "NEXT"
6. Wait for your file to be encoded to DV-AVI!

Cheers!
