Won't save as DV-AVI

I just posted but realized that I had problems with saving the movie maker
project as a DV-AVI file. I have the movie maker project open and go to save
as and choose the DV-AVI option it just keeps going up and up on how many
minutes are remaining but nothing ever happens. Finally, it says it can't do
it.
