AVG Install Results in Lost "Organize" Rules

Greetings, All. I loaded Grisoft's Free AVG (anti-virus software). My
Organize Rules immediately stopped working. I am unable to create new rules.
When I click on Organize and then the Rules button to start the process of
making a new rule, nothing happens.

I'm running Windows XP Pro 2002. I'm current on all updates and service
packs.
 
Do thinks work again when you uninstall AVG or at least disable its
integration with Outlook?

Robert, thank you for your help. After uninstalling AVG, Outlook worked
correctly/normally. I reinstalled it and have had no further problems.
