Avant adding buttons

Is it possible in Avant Browser to add a button to the toolbar which will
launch a program, specifically Outlook for news reading?

If not does MYIE2 offer this as an option?

Dunno bout avant but myie2 does with the utility toolbar you can add a
url or shortcut to an execution file
