Available Physical Memory

What is Available Physical Memory? How is it different
from Total Physical Memory? Is there a way to see what is
using the memory?
 
Pull up the task manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) and look at the processes tab.

Available Memory = Total Memory - Memory In Use, more or less.
