Autotext

My XP Home Edition computer "lost" all my personal Autotext entries. I solved
the problem by using "Restore", but HOW CAN I BACKUP THE ENTIRE AUTOTEXT
GLOSSARY CONTENT ?

I am not computer-language literate so should be grateful for easy-to-follow
instructions.
