Autotext suggestions missing

hi
When I right click on a built in autotext field in a template i should
receive a list of suggestions to replace the field with or create a new
autotext entry. instead, i only get the option to create an autotext entry.
For example, open Word, select File - New. Choose "On My Computer" and select
the Professional Letter from the Letters and Faxes category.

Then right click on "Dear Sir or Madam" - you should get a list of options
to replace this field with, but I only get Create Autotext. How can I get the
list of built in suggestions to return??

Chances are good that you saved a different file as normal.dot. This is
never a good thing to do!

If this ever comes up again, follow the advice on the link. Do not delete
normal.dot, rename it! It may have things in it that you want.
