autotext across a server

i have a problem im trying to start using autotext the problem is we dont
have the time to write out all the texts 4 times to go on each different
computer. these computers all use the same server i was wondering whether
there was any way that autotext could be carried from one machine to the
other without physically entering the texts and how would this be done.

As the pcs are on a network, point all the machines to the same startup
folder on the server (tools > options > file locations > startup) and use a
global template in that folder. For stand alone machines provide a global
template on an individual basis containing the autotexts. As you may have by
now gathered, autotexts are stored in templates.
