Autostart error in Producer

When I link to a Producer presentation on my website with the #autostart=1
feature enabled it will display the first slide and begin to play the
narration but it does not start the PowerPoint slide automation unless I
click the first slide in the left column under the video display. It then
begins the narration again and the automation is in sync.
Any suggestions?

I am not sure what you are saying. Do you have a url that shows the
problem?

The slide change information is built into the audio/video stream so it
should be either working or not -- I am not sure what you mean -- click the
first slide in the left column under the video display. Are you talking
about clicking a table of contents entry?

Perhaps you are seeing the result of the feature where a cookie is used to
store the last location you were viewing and the presentation attempts to
return to that location on restart? You can avoid that by adding "event=1"
to the start url (ala "#autostart=1&event=1").
