Here's the scenario: A group of people all have web-based mail
accounts. When I send a message to someone with a web-based account,
I'd like to automatically send a "You've got WebMail" message to their
other, POP3 account letting them know they should look at their web
account for the message. Using Outlook 2003, I've been looking at the
rules function. I can set up the first part of the rule (if mail sent
to a particular person, then...), but I cannot find an option to
automatically send a "You've got WebMail" notice to their other
account. There is a "custom action" choice, but I've read about it and
it doesn't really apply (unless I want to learn C++ and make my own).
Any solutions using the functionality already built-in to Outlook?
Thanks for any help (or a simple statement that "it can't be done").
