AutoRun not working with CD or DVD

Hi,

Win XP Pro

I have a CD drive and DVD RW drive but neither autorun when a disk is
inserted. I have set all properties as if the drives should run but after
inserting the disk and hearing the drive spin, nothing happens.

Any ideas?
