Autoplay Problems

Pete

In the past, whenever I inserted a music CD, DVD, or CF Card in my
notebook, the software appropriate to the media device would fire and
the device would be read (played). Now nothing happens, so I have to
navigate to the device and start the software myself.

Through Properties > Autoplay on my CD/DVD player I have the correct
Actions set for the different Media (eg. Music files are set to Play
using Windows Media Player) but these seem to be ignored whenever I
insert media.

Is there some master switch to turn on autoplay that I have
inadvertently turned off (eg. a registry setting or something)?
