Autoplay options for pictures mssing/blank - how to restore?

Using XP Professional with USB connected Olympus SP-5500z camera.

It opens the Autoplay Pictures, but all options are blank.

all other Autoplay options are ok i.e. Music, etc.

I tried the Microsoft Wizard Autoplay Fix, but it comes back and tells me
the device (Removable drive F has no drivers. I can see the camera under
the properties of F: Tab Hardware.

When I try othe Picture software i.e. PhotoWize - tells me no connection to
device?

How do I reset the Picture Autoplay options?
