Autoplay Gone

I keep losing my autoplay feature in both DVD and CD rom drives. It
used to work each time I insert a cd/dvd. I have configure the drive
properties to autoplay upon insertion but still no go. TIA

Have you checked out the extensive autoplay info at Kelly's link, below?
