Autoplay does not recognize blank CDs.

I manage several WinXP comps, and some of them (10% maybe?) no longer
recognize a blank CD and open the options dialog. Yet the machine next to
it will, so I know it is not the CD. Have not installed/used any smart
cards, and the value of "91" in the registry is there.

Any other ideas?

Maybe the user chose Do Nothing and Always Do Selected Action in the dialog.

R/C the CD in My Computer and look on the Autoplay tab.
