Autoplay blank CD broken...

Greetings,

I want to make an autoplay assignment to Nero when a blank CD is
inserted.

In my CD writer's properties, I can see where I can set the Autoplay
assignment for different content types, but "Blank disk" isn't listed
among those.

Have I somehow lost a registry setting I need to replace?

Reinstalling Nero will do it. If not:

Add/Remove Nero As Autoplay Handler:

CD-R drive or CD-RW drive is not recognized as a recordable device:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;316529"

This may be a reason why the "Blank CD" drop-down entry does not show-up.

Some MSoft people have produced a fix program for AutoPlay problems. As
it is unofficial it is not on the Microsoft site, but you can get it at
