Autopick Next button

I have OL 2007 SP2, and I noticed that when I create a meeting with multiple
attendees, that I do not see the autopick next button in the lower left
forner. If someone else creates the meeting and sends it to me, I do see the
autopick next button in the usual spot. Is this a permissions issue or
something else? I could not find any setting under options and nothing on
the web.

To answer both yours and Milly's responses:
1. yes, it is from my default calendar window.
2. We have upgraded to 2007 exchange, however I am not positive of more than
that. It does have the suggested time slots to the right as you suggested.
I can use those but much prefer the autopick next function if possible.

what version of exchange server? Do you have the suggested times pane on the
right?

Thanks Diane. I did find the plan a meeting you were talking about, however
I am not sure I understand your response. When I am in my calendar, if I
open up a meeting somebody else created Ican go into schedulign assiistant
and choose AutoPick Next, however if I do the same thing on a meeting in
which I created the autopick next button is not there. We are all using the
same exchange server, but the only difference is that I have office SP2
installed. Is it possibly how I created the new meeting/appointment by
chance?

Autopick is not available with Ex2007, except in plan a meeting.

Ok, so there are two places it is still available. I'm not sure why
autopick next is available for suggesting new times instead of the new
suggest times pane (say that fast 10 times) - but when you create new
appointments and use Exchange 2007, you have Suggest times, not autopick
next. It's a feature of exchange and can't be changed.

crazy about that . oh well.
