Automating using VBA

Hello,

I am currently into database management. I am a newbie. Currently I am only
performing pivot table function for excel to extract the data I need. I want
to automate it . What would I learn first, any helpful site or tutorials that
i could access with? I'm totally "zero" on VBA or any programming language.
But I could learn it.
