Automating give permissions in Outlook?

Is it possible to automate with macro or other method giving permissions to
folders in Outlook XP?
IE, under your inbox you have 100 folders and you want to give 'user-x'
permissions to all 100 folders without having to do so one folder at a
time.

Give them root permission to the mailbox and then exclude the folders you do
not want them to access.
