i have setup a home network

i want to give my sister permission to just one folder in
my inbox. How do i do it? Do i need to give her
permission to the whole of the mailbox first? If so, how
do i block her from seeing my other folders i have
created in my inbox?

i am using office2003 and windows xp sp1

When you state you setup a network are including that to mean you have an
Exchange Server e.g. Small Business Server or just that you have your
computers connected.

If you are on Exchange you can grant permission by doing the following
right-click on the sub-folder select properties and then permission. Choose
the person you would like to give permission to and the level. They can
then see this folder by going to File - Open - Other Users Folder.

If you are not on a server then the mailbox items (folders) are stored on a
personal folder on the local system and not sure of way to share them.

Unless you are both using the same computer then you could create a new
separate Personal Folder and move any sub-folders you want to share to it.
Then on each profile add this addition profile for full complete access. I
have not tried this solution and there may be other ways to do this.
