Automatically storing contacts

When synchroning my Blackberry with Outlook, I am only able to import/export
from my "Contacts" folder, not from any of the other subfolders I created to
help organize my contacts (i.e. "personal" or "new york contacts", etc.)

Is there a way or software that automatically saves a copy of all contacts
in the "Contacts" folder, regardless if I manually save it in a contact
subfolder? In addition, is there a way or software that will automatically
update the main contact stored in "Contacts" if I manually update the contact
in a subfolder?

That way all my contacts will synch from one location ("Contacts" folder)
and I will still maintain the organization (using subfolders).

You should ask these questions in a group that supports your synchronization
software.
