Automatically send/recieve

Using an exchange server, and outlook 2000, i have a user who has to manually
click send and recieve to get her emails. i know if i go to tools, then
options, mail setup, and then send and recieve, you can set the time to
autmatically check your send and recieve.

on hers, it was set to one minute, closed and applied, but alas it wasnt
recieving the emails. i then went in and set it to five minutes, applied and
closed, then reopened it, set it back to one minute, and closed it again.

but alas that didnt take care of it. any ideas of where else it might be a
bit burried deeper in outlook?

Five minute interval is the minimum you can set. Change it back to 5 or 10
and give the servers time to reset.
